This policy explains what information is collected when you use apps published by Tradefleet LLC (“Tradefleet Games”), including BlockUp: Crust, and how that information is used.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information to build profiles outside the apps.
Your game progress — scores, level, coins, achievements, daily challenge state and settings — is stored locally on your device. It stays there, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the apps are used, so we can improve them. For this purpose the following may be processed:
We read this information in aggregate — how many players reach a certain level, how long a typical session lasts — not to identify individual people.
We use Firebase Crashlytics so that crashes are reported to us and can be fixed. A crash report describes the technical state of the app at the moment it stopped working: the type of crash, the sequence of code that led to it, the device model and operating system version, and an installation identifier. It does not contain your game progress.
Our apps show ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure those ads, Google may process:
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent party. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. Your choice also governs whether analytics information may be used for advertising purposes. You can change it at any time from the Privacy options entry in the app's settings screen.
Wherever you are, you can limit ad personalisation through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads on Android, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS. Turning personalisation off does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant.
Uninstalling the app stops all further collection, and resetting your device's advertising identifier breaks the link to any earlier advertising data.
In-app purchases, such as removing ads, are handled entirely by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We never see or store your payment details. The store tells our app only whether a purchase was completed, so the corresponding item can be unlocked.
Analytics information is retained by Google on our behalf for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days. Advertising data is governed by Google's own retention policies, linked above.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information relating to you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold no account data, we identify your data by the installation identifier: tell us which app you use and roughly when you installed it, and we will act on what is within our control and help you direct the rest to Google.
To exercise a right, or to ask anything about this policy, write to info@tradefleet.co. We answer within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
